AMY M. MORRIS, MD
Board Certified Dermatologist
Dr. Amy Morris is a Board Certified Dermatologist who specializes in cosmetic and medical dermatology. “I enjoy the practice of dermatology. It is a pleasure to treat multiple generations, from infants to senior citizens; it is not uncommon for a patient to see another family member or cousin in our lobby.”
Dr. Morris is a Troy University alumnae. She received her medical training at the University of South Alabama, College of Medicine where she completed her residency in Internal Medicine. She continued her post graduate training in dermatology at Tulane University School of Medicine. During that time, she served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Morris founded the Center for Dermatology in 2002 and has been in private practice for more than 20 years.
For pleasure, Dr. Morris enjoys making memories with her husband, Steve, and their children, Jamie (Morgan), John Mark, Ashley and Dylan. Her morning exercise routine starts each day with laughter and energy. Seasonal gardening, creative cooking and international travel balance her medical practice with an artistic flare.

Dena J. Howell MD, FAAD
Board Certified Dermatologist
Dr. Howell is a Board Certified Dermatologist who specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology. She joined Dr. Morris at the Center for Dermatology in 2006.
Dr. Howell received her medical training at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine where she also completed her residency in Internal Medicine. She continued her post graduate training in dermatology at Tulane University School of Medicine. During that time, she also served as Chief Resident.
In her free time, Dr. Howell enjoys spending time with her husband, John B., and playing with her Dutch Shepherd, Gerda. She is equally at home in downtown Mobile, at Fowl River, or at the family’s hunting camp in Butler County. She and her husband enjoy traveling the world and making lasting memories with friends.
Noel Zvonar, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Noel Zvonar graduated from the University of the Cumberlands where he received his bachelor’s degree in Biology. He received his Masters of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of South Alabama. Noel currently serves in the Alabama Army National Guard and was deployed to Afghanistan from 2013-2014. In his free time, Noel enjoys spending time with his family, collecting baseball cards and working in the garden.
Sheree LaCoste, CRNP
Nurse Practitioner
Sheree received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing from Troy University. Her clinical experience is in Coronary Critical Care. After 20 years in Administrative positions, Sheree wanted to return to patient care and obtained her Master’s Degree as a Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She is also a Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner by the Dermatology Nurse Practitioner Certification Board. She is currently serving on the Board of The Alabama Society of Dermatology Professionals.
She is married and has one son. She enjoys traveling, boating, and cooking.
Sarah Katherine Clarke, CRNP
Nurse Practitioner
Sarah Katherine received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Auburn University at Montgomery in 2011. After years of working in pediatrics and orthopedics, she decided to pursue a graduate degree. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2019. Sarah Katherine is a Family Nurse Practitioner credentialed by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She completed a Family Nurse Practitioner Residency with the University of South Alabama Department of Family Medicine following the completion of her graduate program. As a Nurse Practitioner, she has worked in family medicine and urgent care. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, traveling, and entertaining her chocolate lab, Tilly.
